Welcome to the Complaints Channel. If you become aware of or suspect any irregularity and/ or breach of regulations you can bring it to our attention through this channel. In order to aid the investigation of the facts, it is important to provide all of the information available.

As set out in the Privacy Policy of the Internal Information System, in order to protect your personal data, all of the communications shall be processed independently and in a confidential manner.

I you wish, you may file your complaint anonymously. Regardless of whether you choose this option, when you make the complaint, you can decide if you wish to be informed about the measures taken by the company regarding the information provided. The Complaints Channel enables us to have safe communication with you via a mailbox where, with a unique code and password assigned to the registered complaint, you can learn about its status, correct formal defects and/ or provide further information. For safety protocols, we remind you that the codes and passwords shall not be retrievable, for which reason, if they are lost, a new complaint must be registered.

Reprisals against those reporting offences and their close relatives is prohibited. After the case has been processed, in the event that the complaint is deemed to have been registered in bad faith or based on false information or testimony, disciplinary proceedings will be initiated against those responsible.

All complaints in relation to any conduct constituting a possible violation of the law or the Code of Conduct will be appropriately investigated, even in the case of those made anonymously, provided that they contain sufficient information to allow their investigation.

We remind you that you can report to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.) or to the authorities or corresponding autonomous bodies, of the commission of any actions or omissions that may constitute violations of the European Union law provided for in the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, as well as of serious criminal and administrative infractions, including those that imply economic loss for the Public Treasury and Social Security.
